We focus on sustainable practices through our operational procedures. This includes recycling and promoting sustainable waste management to divert waste from landfill as much as possible.
Recycling is important to us, so we've got bins to help transport your waste to recycling facilities. We also accept general waste which is not recycled.
2 / What items can I put in your mobile skip bins?
Please refer to 'Our Mobile Skips' page on this website or contact us for a detailed list of acceptable materials. However, we do not accept hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, and other prohibited items. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
3 / Do I have to take it to the tip?
No, we deliver, you fill and we take care of the rest. Our pricing covers this.
4 / Do I have to get a permit to park on the roads?
One of the best features of our mobile skips is that you won't need to worry about obtaining a permit to leave the bin on the road. Our skips are already registered for road usage, making the process hassle-free and saving you valuable time. With our service, you can simply place the skip on the roadside, filled with your waste, and rest assured that you are fully compliant with all regulations. (Road/parking rules/signs still apply) It's stress free!

We operate in most areas in Newcastle and the Lake Macquarie region. If your location falls within this range, we'll be more than happy to serve you. Please refer to the 'Locations serviced' tab on this website.

7/ How long can I keep the mobile skip bin?
We offer a convenient 5-day hire period for all our ,mobile skip services. However, if you need the mobile skip bin for an extended period, let us know during the booking process. An additional charge of $35.00 per day will apply if you choose to extend the hire beyond the initial 5-day period.
8 / Can I load the skip bin above the fill line?
To ensure safety during transportation, we kindly ask our customers not to exceed the designated fill line marked on the skip bins. For our green waste and general mixed waste mobile skip you can fill to the top of the caged part of the trailer. For all of our other services you can fill to the red painted line found within the trailer. Overloading may create hazards for towing. In the event that your bin exceeds the selected weight limit, there is an additional charge of $35 per 100kg. We are more than happy to provide weighbridge dockets upon request.
9 / What happens if the skip bin gets damaged while in my possession?
Damage will incur additional fees. Please inform us immediately if any damage occurs, and we'll assess the situation accordingly.
10/ Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking. However, please let us know at least 24hrs before the scheduled delivery date. Please note mobile skips bins cancelled within the 24hr time frame will be subjected to a late cancellation fee of $150.

12 / What is the best way to load your bins?
Loading a mobile skip bin safely and efficiently is important to prevent accidents, ensure proper waste disposal, and make the process smoother for both you and Ecocycle Solutions Pty Ltd.
Here are step-by-step instructions:
a) Clear the area: Ensure the area where you'll request the mobile skip bin is clear of obstacles, including overhanging branches, cars, or any potential hazards. Make sure the bin is placed on a level and stable surface and is easily accessible by our drivers.
b) Heavier items at the bottom: Place heavier and bulkier items at the bottom of the mobile skip bin. This provides stability during transportation and ensures our drivers safety.
c) Distribute weight evenly: To distribute weight evenly, place heavy items towards the centre of the bin. Try to avoid concentrating weight on one side, as this can lead to instability during transportation.
d) Follow pickup instructions: Make sure the mobile skip bin is accessible for our collection vehicles. Please ensure there is more than a car space in front of the mobile skip bin to allow our collection vehicles to collect the skip. Please ensure nothing else is impeding the pick up of the mobile skip bin or fees may apply.

You may fill our mobile skip within the 5 day hire period and be ready early for collection. Simply SMS/email/call and we will endeavour to pick up your mobile skip and get it out of your way.
